Winter Solstice Run ~ Giveaway!
Well, Dressing Lilly is about to get published, and I’m starting up a blog to let everyone know about it. The big deal is not knowing where to start. Chris Baty, the guy who started NaNoWriMo, says “Start anywhere.” So I guess I’ll start right here.
I wrote Dressing Lily a little over a year ago. It pretty much just gushed out of me all in a rush. It isn’t the first book I’ve written, and it won’t be the last. I enjoyed writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it. The story took me by surprise, much as life takes Olivia by surprise, much as life takes me by surprise. I keep trying to learn to go with it, whatever “it” turns out to be. I’ll let you know if I ever get there.
In the meantime, here’s a peek at the cover, by Tibbs Designs.
